We have been crafting websites through cost-effective and out of the box solutions that further translate to a successful web design. We know you're curious how we do it. So, here are the crucial factors that we never forget to take into account whenever we deal in designing websites.
Designed to communicate.
A good web design truly calls for a visual appeal. But hey, it’s 21st century and we want more than what the eyes meet, right? We want not just good looks but more importantly, substance that communicates. With this in mind, the real question is how do we communicate through web design?
Ease of navigation
Great user experience
Brand alignment
Search engine friendly
A successful web design involves several aspects such as providing a good navigation system, user-friendly interface, convenient user-experience, consistent brand design, and color scheme. As we weave our masterpiece, we ensure to achieve these aspects while making you involved throughout the design process.

Before we engage into the project, the client must be ready to assign a project manager who can continuously monitor, review, make fast decisions, and provide us some needed information during the whole design and development process. The project manager plays a crucial role in achieving the desired results on time.

Determining your requirements.

The engagement process starts by determining your requirements. This process is known as requirements gathering where we list down your “wishlist” for your website. It may be design related or a feature. We may also ask you for some references or pegs so we can have a clearer vision of what you want to achieve.

This is important, so we can come up with good estimates (cost and timeline) and help you choose the right package. We will also be gauging our client's technical capacity and resources at this point so we can recommend the right CMS to use for the project.

Proposal submission.

We will submit to you our proposal, and as soon as we get your approval, we can immediately start the design process.

Mock-ups.

We begin by designing mockups of the home page and a few important sections of the website. Our packages include designing 2 different layout studies so you can have design options and we send them to you or set up a meeting as soons as it gets through our creative director.

Once you've chosen a mockup, we continue designing the other sections of the website. These mockups are constantly reviewed until you agree to it and a final art has been decided. This is our first step before we begin the actual development.

Theme development and customization.

Then we begin developing the theme and customizing the backend in our development environment. If you already have your own web hosting facility, we can immediately set up a copy of the website (known as staging environment) or we can guide your administrator in setting it up. The staging environment is normally where other users check and test your website. If you don't have a web host yet, we recommend choosing one at this point as it may also cause delays in rolling out your project.

Your contents.
When the theme is almost done, we begin to develop your static web pages and upload some of your dynamic contents. Your content moderator will be guided at this point and must be able to familiarize the backend of the CMS.
Checking of deliverables.
After all the deliverables have been accomplished, we can roll out your website. We'll set it up on its proper URL address, clean up all the test data, setup SSL (if needed) and guide your administrator on how to perform a backup, securing, and monitoring your server.
and...
We’re good to go!
Support, continuous maintenance and optimization begins!
But wait, there’s more!
Something you want to clarify?

Even though web world is in a virtual environment, it requires real people to work on it. Sorry but we cannot hire Siri or even Cortana! It is highly recommended to assign a project manager that is amenable to take part on the project on an end-to-end basis. In addition, back-office administrator and system administrator should be involved after the website has been launched.

Before gearing ourselves up to design and set up the website, one of the initial requirements is to have your own domain and web host that could come from hosting sites. But you don’t have to take all the hassle, we are here to save you from exhausting web world lingo as we give you packages that will provide all these web prerequisites.
